Utilities Analyst I/II
The Public Utilities Department, Customer Services Division, has an opportunity for one position at either the Utilities Analyst I or II level depending on the qualifications of the applicant. The Utilities Analyst will conduct data and impact analysis, participate in administrative research to guide decisions impacting polices, procedures, and customer enhancements. Additionally, the Utilities Analyst will administer critical programs, serve as a liaison between the Customer Service Division and the Technology Division, and audit Customer Service procedure for effectiveness.
