Environmental Engineer
Under the general direction of the City Engineer, the Environmental Engineer will plan, implement and manage a number of environmental programs; Industrial Pretreatment, Wastewater Treatment Plant, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Storm Water Management and other water quality field responsibilities.  These responsibilities include schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work.  Detailed phases could include planning, budget development and fiscal management, design, control of design subcontractors, right-of-way actions, public involvement, project bidding, construction oversight and project closure.   For projects and programs to be successful, projects must be coordinated with numerous others, internal and external
