The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the delivery of all project submittals produced by the assigned project team, on time, within budget, in accordance with the firm’s quality standards, and to the client’s satisfaction. The PM is also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with assigned clients and cross selling all the firm’s services.

Project Management (65%)
The PM will utilize the Company’s Project Management system and work closely with project team members to complete work. Some of the work may include but not limited to:
Completes the project summary sheet.
Develops and monitors the project schedule in a proper work breakdown structure.
Completes the Project Management Plan (PMP).
Schedules and conducts project kick-off meetings.
Schedules and conducts interim review meetings.
Prepares Earned Value Reports.
Prepares Project Progress Reports.
Sets project success parameters and timelines.
Schedules all projects' reviews.
Business Development (30%)
Engages with the Market Sector Leader(s) in developing new and current business prospects.
Assembles the fees and writes responses to requests for proposals.
Prepares professional services contracts for review, approval, and execution by the Executive Team member.
Leadership (5%)
Leads project team meetings.
Participates in professional organizations to increase the firm’s positive industry exposure.
Participates in training and development activities to stay current with the industry.
Proactively provides constructive feedback to all team members.
Technical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field
Professional Engineer License, preferred.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and/or project management, strongly preferred.
