Project Manager / Project Control
For a foreign investment in an industrial flex facility located at Florida, we are looking for a professional with further knowledge about local construction standards and regulations, industrial projects background and good communication skills. The project is planned to last 12 months and the candidate must be able to relocate to the location where the project will be built. Their functions include attend to meetings, propose efficiencies through value engineering (cost and time) and reporting project status to the investors periodically.
