Engineer I GENERAL DEFINITION OF WORK: This is entry-level professional work providing engineering support in one of the following assigned areas of responsibility: Distribution Engineering, Power Delivery, Power Supply, System Planning, or Dispatch & Compliance. The incumbent will be responsible for performing basic engineering work within the assigned area of responsibility involved in the planning, design and operation of the electric utility. Tasks will vary depending on the area in which the incumbent is assigned. Re-assignment to another area of responsibility may occur whenever necessary as needed to meet the needs of the Utility.
