GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :  The purpose of this classification is to perform technical and administrative tasks at the managerial level to assist in managing and coordinating operations of the City’s construction, installation, maintenance and repair of city streets, open drainage ditches, storm facilities and related infrastructure. The incumbent in this position additionally manages design, permitting and construction inspection of special projects funded through other departments, State or Federal grants, or special assessment districts.
