Counsel Assistant
The Imperial Irrigation District a public utility located in southeastern CA is seeking a Counsel Assistant to provide legal advice to the Board of Directors, its members and District staff on all legal and business matters including a wide variety of public agency law, civil law, labor law, and provide legal support to the Water and Energy departments; assist with internal operations of general counsel’s office; represent the District in legal proceedings and ensure that District activities support strategic objectives and are in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
