The Environmental Technician contributes to the effective operation of solid waste facilities through the performance of technical work related to the operation, maintenance and environmental monitoring of the pollution control infrastructure at the Comox Strathcona Waste Management (CSWM) facilities. This position supports the Solid Waste department by assisting team members in their duties, as required, to meet service expectations, departmental goals and objectives.
