We are seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer with a strong background in Traffic Operations and TSMO (Transportation Systems Management & Operations) to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing the performance, safety, and reliability of transportation networks through advanced traffic management strategies, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), data-driven solutions, and transportation policy development.  Key Responsibilities:  Design and implement TSMO strategies, including traffic signal optimization, incident management, active traffic management (ATM), and work zone management.
