HBMD is seeking a Construction Project Management Supervisor (CPMS) who is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with high-level experience in the design, procurement and construction of large-scale civil and bridge infrastructure projects. The CPMS is responsible for the oversight of design and construction of HBMD's Roadway and Bridge Maintenance and Capital Projects/Programs; and management of a highly qualified group of professionals including Project Managers, Engineers, and Engineering Technicians. As part of the Surtax Program, the CPMS is responsible for multiple upcoming large-scale bascule bridge rehabilitation and maintenance projects.  The CPMS assesses and resolves complex issues independently and efficiently, while reporting critical activities to the HBMD Director thro
