Waggoner Engineering is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of water and wastewater design, familiarity with the Clean Water Act, prior regulatory/compliance experience and the ability to communicate confidently to be the lead engineer in the implementation of a multi-million dollar Consent Decree. This person must hold a P.E. License in MS.
