Some Key Points:

• Develop quality standards & procedures to satisfy regulatory/product compliance.
• Manage and maintain technical documentation for support of country-specific certification requirements.
• Analyze quality data of ongoing projects
• Coordinate with certifying agencies
• Identify and respond to new and revised regulations
• Develop ongoing training for the compliance program
• Work with vendors and other outside sources - third party inspections on equipment involving factory acceptance testing (FAT)
• Investigate logistic and monetary implications to pursue conformance to the regulations and directives of untapped markets.
• Participate and help drive Continuous Improvement activity and projects.

Education/Experience require

Bachelor’s or Associate's degree highly desirable or, will consider significant subject matter expertise in Product Compliance for Machinery

· 5+ years of Quality or Compliance experience with Manufactured Products

· 3+ years of process development and internal auditing experience

· Working knowledge of EU directives and UL Standards- desirable

· Experience in international regulation and directives (EAC, ATEX, CE, NR12) -desirable

· Experience in technical specification design and documentation

· Experience in supporting the implementation of an ISO-9001 program
