Position Purpose Lead and develop a high-performance team of inspectors and quality engineers to achieve goals and expectations within the department. Responsible for team training, evaluation and development as well as inspection and quality process improvements needed to support customer requirements and on-time delivery schedules. Ensure that all special operations such as FAIs, Calibration and Internal Audits are completed correctly and on time.
