The Gila River Indian Community Utility Authority (GRICUA) Board of Directors has partnered with NRECA Executive Search in seeking their next GM to lead the utility after the upcoming retirement of its long-serving General Manager. This individual will be an experienced leader with top-notch interpersonal skills and strong external leadership ability. GRICUA was formed in 1998 to serve the Gila River Indian Community’s (Community) Wild Horse Pass Casino. In 2008, the Gila River Indian Community Council approved the 638 Contract for GRICUA to assume responsibility for maintaining & operating the San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) electric system on the Gila River Indian Community Reservation.
