This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the budgeting, cost estimating, design, permitting, construction and monitoring of the County’s flood control works and flood risk reduction projects. This position trains Water Resources Engineers, assists in new project development, leads projects with larger scope and financial accountability and assigns and monitors technical work of other Water Resources Engineers.
