The Glendora Engineering Division has an exciting opportunity to add an enthusiastic team player to their team as the new Registered Associate Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly and concisely, perform engineering calculations, explain and apply policies and procedures and effectively dive into research and prepare Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) from design through construction. This position will interact with and support other departments and will need the ability to work independently as well as contribute to team efforts.

Under limited supervision, the Registered Associate Civil Engineer performs a variety of field and office professional civil engineering work; plans, designs, and reviews the construction of public works, water, traffic, and subdivision projects; performs technical studies; performs related duties as required. The selected individual of this position will perform journey level assignments and are responsible for engineering analysis and recommendations. Incumbents may assist lower level staff performing inspections of public works facilities or sub-professional engineering work.
