Online Visiting Faculty will be expected to take a leadership role in their area of expertise, developing and teaching courses at undergraduate level and conducting academic activities in the Engineering and Science School at Tec de Monterrey.
Courses are fully taught in English, delivered on a diverse pedagogical platform, and may feature a team-teaching format in some cases.

Requirement • Ph.D. in in Industrial Engineering; Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Optimization/Simulation, Quality Engineering/ Management, Systems Thinking/ Management Systems an emphasis in 4.0 Industry. • Desirable certifications: Six Sigma, APICS, PMP, Core Tools. • Excellent oral and writing skills in English Minimum B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). • Professional work experience in the field related to discipline is highly desirable. • Commitment to high quality teaching as evidenced by student evaluations at undergraduate level. • Use of experiential learning techniques. • Experience using Canvas is preferred, as is experience delivering content remotely via Zoom. Candidates with little or no experience with these technologies will be provided with training. Previous experience delivering courses fully online is a plus.
