We currently have an opening for a Project Manager in our Oakmont office. This position is part of the Engineering design team focused on land development services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new clients and projects and cross sell company services when possible
Maintain a satisfied client base that results in return business activity
Prepare client proposals and contracts
Plan projects to meet goals, fees, schedule, budget and staffing needs
Coordinate work, contracts, schedules and budgets with sub-consultants
Coordinate and review the work of engineers, technicians and other departments within the company assigned to projects
Review schedules, deadlines and budgets to keep projects on track
Represent the company at meetings and conferences to resolve important issues and coordinate work
Utilize technical skills in balancing sites, designing utilities and addressing stormwater management challenges
Apply diversified knowledge and engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields
Ensure project compliance with state and local codes, laws, ordinance and agency requirements
·Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university, or equivalent education and experience
·Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Pennsylvania with a minimum of 6 years progressive experience as a designer in land development and civil engineering and 6 years progressive experience in a business development role
·Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D and Microsoft Office products
