Assist with the Development of Quality Management System
Sustain and enhance ISO certification
Provide daily leadership to Oconto Quality Team (setting goals, establishing priorities, managing team performance)
Serves as a member of the Leadership Team, providing input into managerial decisions, commits to the team decisions, and executes the resulting plan and strategies to move the company forward toward completion of its goals
Serves as a champion and change for quality activities. Meet plant targets relating to waste elimination and improved process flow. Leads teams and individuals in related projects. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Organizes work to provide optimal efficiencies
Coordinates rapid improvement events, team formation, event preparation and follow-up. Also coordinates related activities and projects. Documents and presents cumulative results. Follows up on improvements to ensure they are fully implemented and sustained.
Provides steady communication to all employees regarding flow management updates, progress reports, key measurements, new initiatives, results etc.
Visibly supports "Lean" and other process improvement activities. Participates in Kaizen events. Maintains an open mind through the change process. Prepares, supervises or approves standard work documents.
1 -3 years of experience within a Quality related role.
